The World Expo 2025 at Osaka, Japan has started from April 13, which will attract 28 million visitors around the world.
In October 2024, AltumView was selected as a winner of the Keihanna Expo Global Startup PoC Challenge, organized by Keihanna Science City, which is a local organizer of Osaka Expo 2025. The challenge focused on Health and Home Accident Prevention, with key areas of development including frailty prevention, early detection of dementia, and fall prevention.
On April 30, 2025, AltumView demonstrated our technology at Expo 2025, including world’s first fall detection solution powered by the latest large Vision-Language Model (VLM). The event is located next to the Expo’s main building, the Shining Hat, characterized by its large, golden-shimmering, circular roof and strong, rough-looking walls.
